Antique Creamer Syrup Rusty Red Brown Transferware English Ironstone Castle Polychrome

Ahis listing is for an antique creamer or syrup with a brown transfer with hand painted polychrome effects of people gathered under a tree by a body of water on one side and a castle/mill with water wheels on the other. The base is stamped "Made in England" The creamy white body has a swirl texture to it, reminiscent of the Johnson Brothers Regency pieces, but I cannot confirm this is the maker. 

It is approximately 2 3/4"" tall at the spout.
