Coopered Butter Bowl Petrus Regout Maastricht

A banded white ironstone butter bowl with applied handles, made in a coopered design with the textured outside surface giving the appearance of a banded wooden barrel.Made in the Netherlands by Dutch manufacturer Petrus Regout. Backstamp dates the piece to 1890.

The bowl is imperfect, with staining and a couple of star cracks at the bottom. Please zoom in on photos for detail and condition as they are part of the description.

Measures approximately 3 3/4" tall and 11 3/4" x 8 1/4" across the opening.
